Mrs. Alisa Cornetto, U.S. Director
Alisa Cornetto was born in Columbus, Ohio, in 1957 and quickly relocated to the southern states, currently residing in North Carolina. She is a Registered Nurse, with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Guilford Community College, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Elon University and holds certifications in Occupational Health, Case Management, Legal Nurse Consulting, Medicare Set Aside Consulting and Life Care Planning. She is the President of Concierge Medical and Risk Consultants.
Mrs. Cornetto has been involved in many facets of ministry and community outreach these have included serving on mission committees, teaching children, adult, youth and college Sunday school, serving as co-chair of women's mission organizations within the church and youth and college ministry leader. Currently, she is a member of Hope Community Church and serves as Mission and Children's Church Director. She volunteers with the local food bank ministry. Mrs. Cornetto has been working with Pastor Wambua and MissionLink International since summer of 2002 when she served as a nurse for a World Changers short-term college mission trip to Kenya. The Joy Dagley African Feeding Centre located in the Korogocho slum is named after Mrs. Cornetto's mother who supported the feeding of the children in the slum and Pastor Wambua's ministry during her lifetime.
Pastor Marchael Bullard, President
Marchael Bullard is the lead pastor of Hope Community Church in Elon, NC. He and his wife Carmen were married in 2002 and have been serving the Lord together ever since. They have a son named Elisha and a daughter named Joy. Elisha journeyed to Kenya with his parents for the first time in May of 2007. Currently, Marchael is studying at Liberty Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia. It is the express desire of the Bullard’s to serve and assist their good friend Rev. Euticauls Wambua in fulfilling his God-given vision for his community and country.
Mr. Todd Handelman, Vice President
Mr. Handelman was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1964. He is a 1986 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia in 1989. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1989, Mr. Handelman is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association. He is also active in the Georgia Self-Insurers Association and the Atlanta Claims Association. Todd is a member and sunday school teacher at First Baptist Church of Albany, GA.
Mrs. Carmen Bullard, Secretary/Treasurer
Carmen Bullard resides in North Carolina with her husband Marchael and their two children. She is currently the Operations Manager for Concierge Medical and Risk Consultants. She is also the worship leader for Hope Community Church where her husband serves as Pastor. Carmen first traveled to Kenya in 2005. Carmen was burdened for Kenya as she learned that many churches had been started but then quickly left to fend for themselves. It was not uncommon to meet Pastor's that did not own a whole Bible. While many people have heard the gospel there is still much work to do in Kenya and it is Carmen's desire to equip Christians with Bible's and the resources they need to grow in their walk with Christ.
